Week of Jan 25 – 31, 2026: Neptune enters Aries
We have a rare planetary ingress (entry) this week. Neptune, the mythical god of the sea and ruler of illusion, deception, escape, dreams, and creativity, moves into the fires of Aries for the final time in our lifetime. Neptune in Aries is a rare transit because Neptune takes 165 years to move through the zodiac, and the last time we experienced Neptune’s entrance into Aries was 1861-62. Yes, that was when the United States experienced its bloody and traumatizing civil war. Let’s dive into this week’s astrological forecast. All dates and times are Eastern Standard Time.
Weekly Astrology Forecast
Sunday, January 25: Moon moves from Aries into Taurus
In the morning, the Moon is finishing her time in the fires of Aries and activating Chiron, the wounded healer. Mother Moon then makes her way into the exalted cushion of Taurus later in the day, where she will start to form a harsh square connection with the Aquarius stellium we discussed in depth last week. This lunar movement takes us from taking responsibility for your trauma to desiring to shift away from your comfort zone and move away from the status quo with your creativity, ideas, and choices.
Monday, January 26: Neptune enters Aries
Neptune re-enters Aries for the final time after a preview of this generational transit from the end of March to October last year, thanks to Neptune retrograding back into Pisces until today. Think about the themes of this preview and the events that transpired, especially if you have significant Aries placements in your chart. You can also look at what house you have, Aries, to understand which area of life this is taking place in for you. This generational transit will last until 2039.
In ancient mythology, Neptune is the Roman god of the sea, freshwater, storms, and horses. The symbol of Neptune is the trident, representing what he held as he ruled his dominion. He is described as using his trident to destroy when angry at humans with storms, floods, or earthquakes. Neptune is also associated with disasters on Earth through water. In Astrology, Neptune governs inspiration, spirituality, dreams, illusion, the subconscious, higher artistic self-expression, and ethereal beauty. One can call him the “higher octave” of Venus. On the shadow side, Neptune can also represent delusion, dissolution of boundaries, deception, escapism, addiction, collapse of reality, seclusion, and infectious diseases.
Neptune in Aries will last until 2038-39, making it a generational transit. During this transit, we will experience an increase in war and defense technology, damage to the Earth from extreme weather caused by human-made climate change, and more frequent earthquakes. We will also see a shift from the hyper-perfection and plastic surgery trends to authenticity and unique aesthetics. This is especially true for artists, influencers, and celebrities—the Kardashian era is over, and it’s time for the rise of the true self on collective platforms. Oracle Card of the Week
Due to the Neptunian theme of this week ahead, I felt the desire to tap into The Starseed Oracle by Rebecca Campbell. This deck taps into the power of the cosmos, activating your soul gifts and connection with your cosmic origins to help you remember who you truly are.

The oracle card of the week is Star Family: You are part of a team of souls. Call in support. This card is about family in every sense, including blood family, chosen family,
spiritual community, and the people who feel like home to your nervous system. It reminds you that you are not meant to carry everything alone, especially under Neptune’s influence, when emotions can feel bigger, boundaries can feel softer, and the line between what is yours and what you are absorbing can blur.
This week, you may feel called to reconnect with your people and lean into the web of support around you. You may also be asked to support someone else, but the message is not about martyrdom. It is reciprocity. Pay attention to where you have been trying to be strong in isolation, or where pride, shame, or fear has kept you from asking for help. Star Family confirms that support is available, but it requires your participation. Reach out. Send the message. Make the plan. Let yourself be held.
On a deeper level, this card is also about energetic resonance. Neptune can heighten intuition, but it can also heighten projection. Star Family helps you calibrate. The right people will feel grounded, clarified, and strengthened. The wrong people will leave you foggy, drained, or unable to perform. Let this be a week where you choose connection that restores you, not connection that costs you.
If you have been feeling disconnected, unseen, or like you are doing too much alone, this card is your reminder that your soul has a team. Call them in. Speak your need plainly. Allow support to show up in practical ways. Your path does not require isolation to be real.
