Prepare for a much-needed jolt of energy this week from the cosmos. Mars, the planet of action and drive, is moving into its home sign of Aries this week. This is a major shift as we move out of the slow and emotional waters of Pisces and into the fiery forward momentum of Aries. All dates and times of this forecast are in Eastern Daylight Time.

Thursday, April 9: Mars enters Aries, Mercury Retrograde's Post-Shadow Phase Ends
After months of intense emotional excavation and wading the deep waters of Pisces, Mars, the planet of action, drive, and passion, moves into its strength in its home sign of Aries this week! This is positive news for the collective, as we have experienced delays and the difficult release of what no longer serves during Mars with Mercury Retrograde in Pisces over the past month. It may have felt like everything was moving slowly at the start of the year, but we are seeing an upswing this week.
Mars in Aries is all about decisive action, forward momentum, and turning towards one's passions in life. The same day as Mars moves into Aries, Mercury also ends its post-retrograde shadow phase. We are officially out of the Mercury retrograde fog. This is a green light from the Universe to launch your business and the new venture, and to move forward with what's been delayed recently. Overall, you'll feel much more motivated and energized to get things done.
I also want to warn that Mars is the ancient god of war, and when in his home of Aries, he can turn this up on the planet as a whole. We may see war increasing globally, especially in the Middle East. More countries are potentially getting involved, and a ramp-up in counterattacks is underway. This is also because Mars will join heavy hitters Saturn and Neptune in Aries during its stay in its home sign. We will see this heat up on or around April 19. Mars is a malefic at the end of the day (and so is Saturn), and when they are together, they can bring challenging results.
