Towards the end of the week, we also have a rare planetary ingress (moving to a new zodiac sign) as Uranus re-enters Gemini at the end of the week for the final time in our lifetime. Sunday, April 19: Sun enters Taurus
Taurus season begins when the Sun moves into the zodiac sign of material possessions, security, sensuality, self-worth, and money. On this day, the Sun is joining up with Taurus's ruling planet, Venus, and Uranus. Uranus, in particular, is on its final anaretic degree at 29°, having moved through Taurus since 2018. Together, this is forming what Astrologers call a stellium, three or more planets in a zodiac sign. This is a major activation in the areas of life that Taurus governs. When a planet is on an anaretic degree, this signals a final call and critical turning point. Uranus at 29° is a chaotic last call that can force decisions, bring shocking events, and lead to explosive or irreversible endings.
As a result, the start of the Taurus season is bringing shocking events and shake-ups that completely change your reality. This will create space for something new and more aligned. Many will realize their worth, and in doing so, it completely rips down a misaligned reality, relationship, job, financial life, home, or role in society. This is occurring over the next week, before Venus and Uranus move into Gemini on April 24 and 25. After this, the remainder of the Taurus season is about filling the space left after change with people, places, and things that are aligned with our authentic self-worth. This time will affect Taurus Suns and placements the most.
Friday, April 24: Venus enters Gemini
At the end of the week, Venus, the planet governing money, worth, justice, and relationships, is moving into the chatty and social sign of Gemini. You'll start connecting more with new people and old friends and your local community after a long winter and Mercury retrograde season. This is also a different Venus in Gemini transit than we've experienced in the past because Uranus is also influencing this time. Unexpected positive breakthroughs and support may come through connections. This is an extremely important time to get social, even if it's not in your true nature. You never know who you could meet! This transit will last until May 18.
Saturday, April 26: Uranus re-enters Gemini
Over the weekend, Uranus, the generational planet of sudden changes, rebellion, revolution, and shocks, moves back into Gemini for good until 2032-3033. Uranus is a slow-moving outer planet and takes 84 years to move through the zodiac. The last time we experienced its entrance into Gemini was 1941-1942. Humanity experienced WW2, the Cold War, and technological advances in communication, warfare, and air travel, all of which were among the notable events associated with Uranus in Gemini back then. We experienced a short preview of this transit last year from July 7 to November 7, 2025. After Uranus has been retrograde in Taurus for the past five months. Think back to the events of that time, as this will give you a hint into what's in store in this long-term transit. This aligned with my above analysis of Uranus at 29° in Taurus. Separation is the phase in alchemy where you must let go of what is draining you and no longer in alignment with your higher true self. You've gained clarity recently on what must go, and this week, you are getting out the spiritual scissors to make the right cuts. While some endings and changes can feel painful or scary, it's important to know it's for your highest good. It's creating space so that the new and more rewarding can take its place.
